FERC dismissed a challenge by project opponent Stop the Pipeline to thwart the Constitution Pipeline project.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman asked FERC to prevent a pipeline developer from clearing trees along the route of one of its projects.

Opponents of the Constitution Pipeline have threatened to go to court next week to force FERC to reconsider its approval of the project.
