New York solar generation set an all-time peak record April 17, generating 4,809 MW in the noon hour, NYISO told the Operating Committee.

NYISO’s Operating Committee voted to approve the results from the Expedited Deliverability Study (EDS) 2023-01 report that included 16 projects, two of which were found to be undeliverable.

NYISO will see improved transmission deliverability within its borders and with PJM this winter but reduced interchange with ISO-NE, stakeholders were told.
