WASHINGTON — The Energy Bar Association last week named the general session at its annual meeting in honor of the late FERC Chairman Kevin McIntyre, who died last year. The two-day conference included discussions on climate change, distributed energy resources and transmission rates, along with speeches by current FERC commissioners.
