Plug Power, a fuel cell technology pioneer that built tens of thousands of fuel cell stacks for warehouse forklifts and delivery vans, is now planning and building plants to generate green hydrogen from water in New York, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and California, using renewable power. The hydrolysis plant in New York state alone will produce 45 metric tons of hydrogen per day.
